At the heart of the solutions platform is a three-tiered architecture designed to maximize data collection, data security and the speed and flexibility of cloud computing. Our secure data center provides centralized management; in-school devices communicate to the data center via encrypted secure Web Services. This low-maintenance service delivery model provides centralized, enterprise-wide data collection and reporting.
On-site data centers typically require a lot of hardware set up, software patching, and other time-consuming IT management chores. Cloud computing removes many of these tasks, so IT teams spend time on achieving more important business goals.
Cloud computing makes data backup, disaster recovery, and institution continuity easier and less expensive, because data is mirrored at multiple redundant sites on our network.
Our server is always on and as long as a district has an Internet connection, you can get to the applications you need from practically anywhere. Some applications even work off-line.
