ScholarChip® Visitor Management is unique in that it shares data with all other ScholarChip applications. Visitor Management is feature-rich, fast and easy to use. The system handles new visitors, returning visitors, temporary staff and contractors with automated ease and intelligence. Every visitor has a permanently assigned ID for ongoing tracking. Visitors can be issued a one-time or permanent badge or ID card on the spot. Schools can utilize the optional sex offender status search, as well as any user-supplied database to allow or prevent entry. Administrators are quickly informed of an offender match via e-mail, text message or telephone call.
