The Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 (TRA-97) and the Internal Revenue Code require all educational institutions to file a 1098T form for any enrolled student who has made any transactions toward tuition or fees.

Product Warranty
All ScholarChip hardware is fully warranted (except for theft and vandalism) under the ScholarChip Maintenance Program meaning that there will always be just one known and calculable cost for budgeting.
